REFUNDS, RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At Al Assim, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, colours, and specifications before placing an order.

EU CUSTOMERS

Customers located within the European Union may have statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws. Any such rights are subject to applicable legal exemptions, including those relating to hygiene and health protection products.

HYGIENE & PERSONAL WEAR ITEMS

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any of our product worn in close contact with the face, head, or body once they have been opened, worn, tried on, used, or where any protective packaging or hygiene seal has been removed.

By purchasing such items, customers acknowledge that these products are intended for personal use and may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene considerations.

CHANGE OF MIND

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

•Ordering the wrong item

•Ordering the wrong size

•Ordering the wrong colour

•Failure to read the product description before purchase.

 

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Claims submitted after the item has been worn, washed, altered, or used may not be accepted.

All orders are dispatched using tracked shipping services.

We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery has been successfully completed.
